    To join the Arnprior & District Quilters' Guild (ADQG), or to renew your previous membership, complete and submit this form, and pay the $30 annual fee.
    Information about upcoming meetings, events, activities of interest, newsletters, and confirmation of your registration is communicated to guild members by email.

    ​​    The personal information collected from members of the Arnprior & District Quilters' Guild (ADQG) is for use within the Guild Executive and the Committee Chairs ONLY, to facilitate the conduct of Guild business. The Arnprior & District Quilters' Guild will not sell, rent, lend, give or otherwise provide this information to any external persons or organizations for any purpose whatsoever without prior consent, nor will the information be used for solicitation purposes not associated with Guild business.
    I consent to having my name, telephone number, and email address included in the Membership Directory (paper form only) that is distributed to guild members.
    ​I consent to having any photos of me that were taken at guild events posted on the Arnprior & District Quilters’ Guild web site.
    Fee Payment

    ​The $30 annual fee can be paid by e-Transfer, or at a guild meeting by cheque or cash.
    Your registration will be complete when your payment is received.
    Skill Levels and Interests
    What types of quilting interest you? For example: appliqué, paper piecing, regular piecing, etc.
